Planning a group meeting for a Sunday.

Plans are in the works for a February or March, 2010 get-together on a Sunday afternoon. This seems to be a good time for out-of-towners to travel to a meeting and return home during the day. Some of us old folks still draw a paycheck and need some special considerations.
